Introducing The New & Improved Callcap Website

We’re so excited to introduce our new Callcap website. We’ve been working for several months to build and design an interactive site that can help you improve your customer experience through call tracking and monitoring solutions.

Here are five ways our new website is designed with you in mind:

1. It’s organized to help you find what you’re looking for.

We’ve designed the new website to clearly explain how every one of our features will benefit you and your company. You can read about everything we offer—from big ideas like call tracking, call monitoring, and API, to individual solutions like surveys and click-to-call.

2. It’s built to show you how every solution improves your bottom line.

The new site guides you through our ecosystem—from our most basic solutions to our most complex—and explains how each piece builds on the last to help your business. We hope this helps you understand how everything we offer works together and how when all of the pieces are united, you’ll have an incredibly powerful, all-inclusive machine for ROI and customer experience. Instead of piecing together tools from multiple vendors, you can make more money and save time by using all of our solutions.

3. Things are explained in as much (or as little) detail as you need.

We want you to have quick access to in-depth information or high-level information—whichever you have time for. Our website offers several “in-depth” sections, so you can browse on your own time and then contact us when you’re ready to go.

4. It’s targeted to answer your questions.

At Callcap, we want everything we do to be about improving the customer experience. It’s in our DNA—from why we offer industry-leading tools and solutions for our clients to improve their own companies, to why we’ve redesigned the new website to make it easier for our own current and potential customers to get exactly what they’re looking for. Practically, we’ve designed the website so it’s easy to get to all of the pages about a specific feature (for example, we can send you directly to a page focused on phone surveys if that’s what you’re interested in).

5. It’s designed so you can quickly find solutions yourself.

As we mentioned above, we want everything to be as easy and convenient for our current and potential customers as we can make it. That means we also want to give you the chance to answer any questions you have without taking up valuable time to contact someone else or search page after web page trying to find what you’re looking for. In the coming months, we’ll be adding more FAQs, too. However, we know that sometimes you just need help ASAP—we’ll gladly help you out with any questions or concerns you have on our help page and any time over the phone.
