Callcap PCI Certification Protects Customer Information

Callcap is pleased to announce our compliance certification with the Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This ensures that all Callcap security management, network architecture, software design, policies, and other critical protective measures will meet the PCI standard for protection of customer account data. These guidelines were established to prevent the occurrences of credit card fraud for organizations that process electronic card payments by the PCI Security Standards Council, consisting of the world’s leading credit card companies including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

“The protection of our customer’s personal and credit card information against fraud is of the highest importance to our company. This certification ensures our customers and vendors that ALL of our public facing servers are secure and impenetrable from outside attacks. This is a major step and a great certification to add to our list of accomplishments. It ensures that all of our sensitive credit card information is secure and safe behind our servers. Good for our customers…good for us.” said Callcap CTO, David Keeton.

Callcap is one of the first companies in the call tracking industry to fulfill certification procedures with the PCI standard. Account safety has always been a major priority for Callcap as a company. Services such as 24/7 customer support and daily phone number testing are just a few of the ways we work to ensure you account is secure and in fully functioning order at all times. Now, we are proud to say we are not only qualified, but certified to protect your personal information in the same way we protect your sales leads.
