Callcap Names Justin Newell Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Callcap’s Employee of the Month: Justin Newell.

Justin has been a tremendous asset to our company and an ever-present resource for all. He responds to challenges with a remarkable calmness and consistently insists on upholding the highest levels of customer service.

Justin has worked together with both the sales and customer support departments to ensure customer requests are always completed in a timely matter with great attention to accuracy. Justin makes himself constantly available to our customers, even when on vacation or away at trade shows.

Callcap continually receives praise from Justin’s customers and co-workers. He is always willing to share his vast pool of knowledge and expertise with anyone who asks. He trained customer support personnel on the upgrades to our Callcap AppSite and worked double-time to ensure a smooth transition to the new interface for all of our clients.
