Callcap, the premiere call tracking and evaluation service in North America, has signed a contract that will create many career-focused jobs for employees of Alphapointe, the largest employer of people who are blind or vision impaired in the state of Missouri. Since 1911, Alphapointe’s mission has been to empower people who are blind to maximize their independence.
“The partnership with Callcap allows us to further our strategic plan to grow jobs for people with vision loss, and provide them with aspirational careers,” said Reinhard Mabry, President and CEO of Alphapointe. “Partnering with a company like Callcap allows us to offer white-collar employment to people who are blind, who are a very capable segment of our population, and whose unemployment rate nationally is over seventy percent.”
As Callsurance Analysts, the Alphapointe employees will work with an interactive web interface customized by Callcap to accommodate their visual needs. They will listen to and evaluate the recorded telephone interactions of Callcap clients and their customers, and report on successes and areas for employee improvement based on provided client criteria.
“Developing programs that allow this kind of opportunity is exciting for us.” said Callcap President and CEO, Will Steinhoff. “This project aligns with our core principles of building trusted, meaningful and efficient technologies.”
Alphapointe’s Contact Center Services are led by Jerry Maloney, a 25-year veteran of the contact center industry.
“We are thrilled for this partnership with Callcap that allows us to create jobs and continue our contact center growth into the private sector markets.” said Maloney.” Our employees are extremely focused on quality and attention to detail. We are committed to more commercial partnerships that allow us to meet the demands of the changing workforce of the future.”
Callcap’s mission statement is to be the most trusted provider of call measurement and reputation management. They are the premiere vendor for call tracking and recording, marketing performance analytics, and CSR evaluation and training. These services help businesses accurately discover and improve booking percentages.
