As President/Chief Executive Officer, Will is responsible for leading organizational performance, business development, and execution of Callcap strategy. He has spent his career leading companies through aggressive revenue initiatives, new product launches, operational execution, and scale. 

Will enjoys business lunches, leadership study, traveling with his wife, playing golf/tennis, and watching his two sons compete in school and club athletics.

Deb Autry

Chief Financial Officer

BA, Newman University

Deb is a financial leader with more than 20 years of experience in both Fortune 500 and small businesses. She joined Callcap in 2011 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer in 2013. During her tenure, Callcap has tripled gross revenue. 

Deb also oversees all people service policies, procedures and risk management, employee evaluation tools and benefit programs. She has served as a distinguished board member with the Wichita YMCA. She also received recognition in the 2016 CFO Awards by the Wichita Business Journal.

Deb enjoys traveling and spending time with her spouse, two children, and granddaughter. She also enjoys any time outdoors, such as taking ATV and boat excursions.
